Cakes & Orders

How do I order a cake?

All cake orders are placed through our website here. We do not take orders through Facebook or Instagram. 

-Can I order a cake in person?

Unfortunately we are unable to take orders in person, all orders need to be placed through our website. If you have questions before you order you can call us at 918-258-5744 or email orders@lbcotulsa.com and we’d be happy to help!

Do you deliver? 

We do not deliver, all cakes are self pick up at our Rose District shop. We do offer delivery on our custom wedding cake packages. 

Can you do custom cake designs? 

If you are wanting a cake design that we don’t offer on our website you can email a photo of the cake to orders@lbcotulsa.com and we will let you know if it’s a design we can do. We take these orders on a case by case basis. 

How do I pick up my cake?

All cake orders can be picked up at our Rose District shop, when are arrive at the shop let the barista know you’re here to pick up a cake. No need to wait in line. 

Can I order a cake through instagram/Facebook dms?

No, all orders must be placed through our website.

Do you offer workshops or classes? 

We have monthly cake decorating workshops, you can sign up here.

Do you ship your cakes? 

We do not offer shipping on cakes at this time. 

What is your cancellation/refund policy? 

Orders cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. If your order is cancelled within 48 hours of your pick up time you will receive a 50% refund.

How far in advance should I order my cake? 

We need at least 48 hours notice, but the sooner you order the better! 

-Do you have GF/V cakes?

Yes we offer GF, Vegan, & GF/V options! 

Coffee Shop

What are your hours? 

We are open Mon-Thurs 7am-9pm, Fri-Sat 7am-11pm, Sun 9am-8pm.

Can I make a reservation? 

We do not take reservations, all seating is first come first serve.

What kind of coffee do you use?

We use Old Pine Coffee Roasters based out of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Can I take professional photos at your shop?  

At this time, personal use photographers are allowed. Personal use photography is defined as: engagements, family portraits, graduations, class photos or other portraiture of individuals by professional photographers/videographers. Photographers/videographers are allowed to use one camera. No tripods, photography equipment, clothing changes, or props are allowed. Anything outside these parameters is considered commercial photography and has a separate fee rate.

Can I get a gift card? 

Yes, gift cards can be purchased in store.

Do you ship your retail items? 

We do not offer shipping at this time, but we have plans to in the future!

Can I sell my items in your retail section?

All retail inquiries can be sent to chelsea@lbcotulsa.com. 

How do I host a pop up at Laurannae? 

We aren’t currently accepting new vendors, but we always post on our social media when applications are open! 

Do you have GF/Vegan pastries?

Yes, we offer GF/V pastry options, however our kitchen is not GF/V certified, so there’s always a small chance of cross contamination.  

Can I order ahead?

Yes, you can order ahead via RDY app. 

Can I host an event/party at Laurannae?

We have a separate event space called Laurannae Social for events and parties! We do not currently offer rentals for our shop or outdoor space.

Do you have decaf options?

We offer decaf drip coffee and a variety of other decaf options, but we do not currently offer decaf espresso based drinks.  

Venues By Laurannae

-Can I show up before my booked time to set up?

No, you will not be able to get in before your rental time starts. Your door code is timed and will begin working when the rental time begins.

-What is included in my rental?

Private access to the Laurannae Social or WEST space during your allotted time. Use of all furniture provided. You also receive a 20% discount on anything ordered through Laurannae.

-Can I bring outside food/drinks?

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. You are not required to purchase anything through Laurannae.

-Can I serve alcohol at my event?

You can serve beer or wine, but any hard liquor needs to be served by a licensed and insured bartender.

-Can I bring my own decor?

Yes, you can decorate the space however you see fit. No decor can be attached to the walls with nails, tape, or any strong adhesives. Command strips and command hooks may be used if removed properly. 

-Can I move the furniture?

Yes, you are welcome to move the furniture (However, please refrain from moving plants). We ask that all furniture and decor be moved back to its original location before you leave.

-Do you have a kitchen we can use?

We have a kitchenette for food prep with a sink, fridge, and freezer.

-Do you provide plates/napkins/utensils/drinks?

We do not provide any plates, napkins, utensils, drinks, etc.

-Can I order cakes/pastries for my event?

Cakes and pastries can be ordered through our website, you will receive a discount code to use online upon booking your rental. Like any order that comes through, we require a 48 hour notice. Orders placed for the weekend must be placed by Thursday at 12pm.

-How many people can I have at my event?

Laurannae Social can hold up to 40 guests. WEST holds up to 60 guests.

-Where should my guests and I park?

We reserve 2 spots in front of the building for you to be able to easily load and unload for your event. We do not have designated parking for Laurannae guests, you are welcome to use any street parking in the district.

-Do you have a sound system?

We have a bluetooth speaker, a TV & a microphone that can be used upon request.

-Can I rent the space for a photoshoot?

We offer 30 min or 60 min photoshoot rental options.

-Can I tour the space before my rental?

Yes, you can set up a tour of the space before your rental. Days and time vary depending on our rental schedule.

-Do we need to clean after our event?

Yes! We have quick turnarounds, so there is a small cleaning list we will send in your contract! We will take care of the sweeping and mopping.

-Is Laurannae Social and WEST ADA compliant?

Yes.
